What’s it all about?
It struck me one day. Blogging. Ha! I can do that.
But that’s the point. I CAN do that. Anyone can. I mean, what is it? Basically just talking garbage, emptying information – usually utterly pointless – onto a web page no one really looks at unless they’re really bored or do blogging for a living.
“So!” I thought. That’s what I literally said. “So! What can I do to be different?” I didn’t say that.
I can tolerate losing in the belief that I will be better for having competed, gaining knowledge through “battle” and knowing that 88% of the time, I will always win.
In Bob Versus I’ll be taking on:
- Individuals – It could be YOU, a stranger, a celebrity, a youtuber at anything in a duel
- Issues – This will occur in compaigns in which I’ll compete over the course of ALL time
- Doing stuff – Could be learning the Russian Alphabet, Karate or being nicer to tramps
- Animals/objects – I might take on a spider at catching flies or racing a bus
- Topics – This will most likely come up when I’m tired but angered by something, I might take on the French or Big Brother
What’s the point?
My mission is to become better. Hopefully I can provide some entertainment and educational findings as I do my best to win. Ultimately what counts is not winning but what is accomplished… but i’m still going to try to win, or not lose.
You Decide!
After each post, you – the people! – will vote whether the outcome of the challenge is win, lose or draw. This isn’t as simple as it sounds. For example, I may have lost an IQ test with Barack Obama but since he is 20 years older and privvy to a megabucks education, has he an unfair advantage? Or oppositely, I outfought a crocodile (this will never happen) but did I really win if it was heavily sedated? No. See?
